Article 3: Participation
3.1
Registration:

To submit your registration it is MANDATORY to fill in the corresponding Registration Form.
The form can be submitted:
1. on line at the Award web site (
www.premiomab.it)
2. exclusively for the candidates who will participate to the special "preliminary" session (Danza in Fiera 2012 - Firenze, Fortezza Da Basso - 24.02.2012 - Pala Ronda), at the dedicated reception desk
In both cases, once all the data required is properly sent, the participation request is completed and an identification number (protocol) will be released. The ID number must be clearly and visibly attached to each additional documentation, (medical certificates, videos, photos - either in case the documentation is sent, i.e. in case of participation to the preliminary phase by sending a video; or in case the documentation is delivered at the reception desk specially prepared for the preliminary phase, which will be held at Danza in Fiera).
For those who will participate to the preliminary phase by sending a video, the documentation attached to the dvd must be sent via registered letter with return receipt, via private mail or via e-mail (along with the documents required in pdf format, the pdf file title must include the ID number received during the Registration). The candidate's signature or, for underage candidates, the signature of the parent /guardian must be autograph, i.e. the document must be scanned after having signed it, no later than the time limits indicated.
For those who will participate to the preliminary phase at Danza in Fiera, the doccumentation attached to the dvd must be directly delivered at the reception desk specially prepared (the registration form must contain the candidate's autograph signature or, for underage candidates, the signature of a parent / guardian).
Incomplete documentation will not be considered.
THE DOCUMENTATION SENT/DELIVERED WILL NOT BE RETURNED BACK FOR ANY REASON
3.2
Specifications regarding registration and disqualification:

Each candidate-dancer, proposing as solo dancer, although belonging to the same school\association\company of other candidates, must provide for autonomous and personal registration and for sending the documentation individually and independently from the other candidates (e.g.: a school with 3 solo candidates must make sure that each of them will submit their own registration separately)

Each candidate-choreographer must provide for autonomous and nominal registration and deliver the documentation required for each dancer involved in the choreography performed, although one or more dancers involved in the choreography are already attending the Award as solo dancers.
((e.g. If Mario Rossi partecipates to the Award as a solo dancer and as a performer of Mario Bianchi's choreography:
–Mario Rossi will provide for his own registration as a solo dancer and will send all the documentation required for this purpose;
– Mario Bianchi will provide for his own registration as a choreographer and, along with the documentation required, he will send also the documentation related to Mario Rossi's presence as a performer of his choreography, independently from the fact that Mario Rossi already sent it, as a solo dancer participant)

Each candidate-choreographer, when participating with more than one creation, will have to provide for independent registration for each choreography, supported by the corresponding documentation, including all details required regarding all performers involved as well.
(e.g. if Mario Bianchi, choreographer, proposes three creations, he will have to make three separate applications, i.e. he will receive 3 separate ID numbers and will send 3 separate envelopes containing the complete documentation required for each composition)
3.3
Specifications:

If a candidate participates to more than one Award category (e.g. as a solo dancer and as a performer in a group) he must produce the documentation required for each category separately and as previously mentioned must provide for autonomous and different applications and for separately sending all details required in the notice of competition regarding the related category. Any cross-reference to documentation already sent related to different applications, will result in the decay of the registration, due to incomplete documentation.
Cumulative posting will NOT be accepted (i.e. referring to more than one application). Incomplete or unreadable documentation will not be accepted.
3.4
